On the first floor, there is a spacious and bright open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining area, designed for sharing moments with family or friends. The living room features a fireplace, television, and Wi-Fi, creating a cozy space both for winter and for relaxing evenings after a day at the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay: oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, and complete kitchenware. Everything was renovated during the complete refurbishment in 2023, combining functionality and style.

The upper floors house the sleeping areas, distributed among four spacious and bright bedrooms. On the second floor, there are two large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with a large shower and heated towel rail. On the third floor are the other two bedrooms, which share a full bathroom, also with a shower and heated towel rail.
