The house is distributed over three spacious and bright floors.
The main living area is located on the first floor: an open-plan space that integrates the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room features a fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere year-round, as well as a television and Wi-Fi. It's the perfect place to gather after a day at the beach or exploring Llanes.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, and complete kitchenware. Everything has been renovated following the complete refurbishment, offering functionality and comfort for both short and long stays. There is also an additional toilet on this floor for added convenience.
Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms
The second floor houses two spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a large shower and an exterior window, providing natural light and ventilation.
On the third floor there are two more bedrooms that share a full bathroom with shower and window.
